            摘要:
            遠程壓力傳感器在線標定儀根據對標準壓力傳感器與被測傳感器的功圖同步測試和誤差計算,不但可完成目前數字化油田大量使用的遠程監測壓力傳感器的現場檢測功能,還可以通過增益系數及壓力零點的自動修正計算,利用分析軟件完成對發生漂移的被測傳感器現場標定。在長慶油田近幾年的現場應用表明,該儀器實現了對發生漂移的遠程壓力傳感器的檢測及標定功能,解決了長慶油田大量數字化遠程壓力傳感器現場無法標定的難題。
            Abstract:
            The remote pressure sensor online calibration instrument can finish the detection function of remote pressure sensors that are used in the digital oilfield by synchronous testing of indicator diagram and errors calculation about standard sensors and detected sensors. In the meantime, through error analysis and automatic calculation of gain coefficient and pressure zero point by software, the drifting pressure sensors can be corrected. The actual field application of the instrument of several years in ChangQing oilfield shows that the instrument can realize the online detection and calibration of the drifting remote pressure sensors. The problem that a large number of digital remote pressure sensors can not be calibrated in Changqing Oilfield is solved.
