            摘要:
            經常發生一種套管事故,就是在下套管過程中,套管在井口就脫扣落井。打撈出套管,可以發現脫扣接箍發生變形,承載端面受到損傷,根據接箍變形和損傷特征確認下套管過程中接箍偏斜插入吊卡孔內,由此產生的沖擊力及螺紋喪失嚙合導致套管脫扣落井。吊卡活門變形及磨損是接箍偏斜插入吊卡孔內的原因。
            Abstract:
            It is one kind of often happened failure that a casing thread jump out and drop down into the well when running the casing string into the well. When the casing is fished, it is found that the failure coupling of the casing is deformed and its end face is damaged. According to the feature of the deformation and damage of the coupling, it is validated that the coupling insert slantways into the hole of the elevator when running the casing string, the impact and the failure of engaged threads brought by this induce the casing thread jump out and drop into the well. The deformation and wear of the elevator gate are the cause of coupling insert slantways into the hole of the elevator.
