            通过采集输出井或注入井井口及井层的多参数井况信息和采油泵等多参数动力泵况信息并将传统的调频节能技术和采注井降耗增效技术融合实现泵况井况工况三况合一柔性控制并利用经济可靠的硬件平台采用测量保护诊断结合控制系统可靠经济运?#23567;?#36825;样既提高了节能率也增加了原油的产能使油田单位产能在原来的基础?#31995;?#20197;提高
            Abstract:
            The device integrates the traditional frequency modulation energy saving technology and the injection wells energy efficiency technology, which can realize the flexible control on the pump condition, wells condition and working condition through the acquisition of the information including the wellhead, well layer parameters and pump parameters. The device combines measuring, protection and diagnosis to achieve the reliable economic operation of the control system based on the reliable hardware platform. The energy saving rate is improved, and the crude oil production capacity is increased. The unit oil capacity can be improved from the original basis.
