            针对分层注水技术广泛应用于油田开发的现状不明确的井下配水器嘴损情况导致配注层段达不到设计要求为了提高分层配注的效果必须查明井下配水器的嘴损情况通过对井下配水器堵塞器的研究设计完成了存储式嘴损压力计其简洁的外形适用于常用的试井投捞器其组合式的结构方便更换维修其承载式的设计配合瓷质水嘴可测量嘴损阈值结合嘴损压力计测得的嘴损值调整每一层的注水方案能明显提高分层配注的生产效果
            Abstract:
            In view of the current situation of the zonal injection technology widespread applied in oilfield development, and the injection layer can not meet the requirements because of not understanding the choke pressure loss of the downhole water distributor, in order to improve the effect of the stratified injection, it is necessary to find out the choke pressure loss of the downhole water distributor. The choke pressure loss gauge is designed and completed through the study of the downhole water distributor. Its simple shape is suitable for the common salvage device. Its combined structure is convenient for replacement and maintenance, and the load bearing design combined with porcelain choke can measure the threshold value of choke pressure loss. The water injection scheme of each layer is adjusted in combination with the choke pressure loss value to improve the production effect of the stratified injection clearly.
