            摘要:
            采用切環法和盲孔法,對X80 1 219 mm×22 mm螺旋焊管(SAWH焊管)的殘余應力進行了測試分析。結果表明:X80 1 219 mm×22 mm 螺旋焊管切環試驗后管段的變形形式較為復雜,張開量較大,軸向及徑向錯開量亦較大,顯示其殘余應力較大;其外表面周向及軸向平均殘余應力分別為132.1、160.9 MPa,內表面周向及軸向平均殘余應力分別為-218.0、-185.5 MPa。根據測試結果,對X80 1 219 mm×22 mm 螺旋焊管殘余應力的控制指標以及成型工藝參數的制定提出了建議,以期
            Abstract:
            The residual stress of X80 grade large diameter SAWH welded pipe is tested and analyzed through the centrehole drilling and cutring method. The results indicate that the deformation after cutring test of X80 1 219 mm×22 mm SAWH pipe is very complicated, the circumferential opening values and the axial and radial displacements are large, showing its higher residual stress. The average circumferential and axial residual stress of external surface of X80 Φ 1 219 mm×22 mm SAWH pipe are 132.1 MPa, 160.9 MPa respectively, and the average circumferential and axial residual stress of internal surface are -218.0 MPa,-185.5 MPa. The residual stress control target of X80 1 219 mm×22 mm SAWH pipe is put forward, and the suggestion to the forming process parameter is also given.
