            摘要:
            139.7 mm×7.72 mm套管下井过程中发生了脱扣事故,对该脱扣套管?#21335;?#22330;使用情况进行了调查分析,并对该套管的脱扣螺纹外观形貌作了宏观分析;从该套管?#20808;?#26679;试验分析了其材?#31995;?#21270;学成分和力学性能。检验分析结果表明,套管上扣过程中发生?#29616;?#38169;扣和粘扣,使套管连接强度大幅度降低,最终发生脱扣。套管错扣和粘扣主要与现场对扣、引扣和上扣操作方法不当有关。
            Abstract:
            The tripping accident occurred during the 139.7 mm×7.72 mm casing downhole process. The field usage of the tripping casing was investigated and analyzed, the appearance of the tripping thread of the casing were also analyzed macroscopically, the chemical composition and mechanical properties of the casing material were analyzed by sampling test. The test and analysis results showed that the casing jumped out because of its joint strength reduced largely due to severe galling and wrong thread engagement in the process of casing buckle, which was caused by wrong methods of stabbing, strap, and make up during casing running.
