            摘要:
            为了提高井下存储流量计的校准精度,基于层流和紊流稳定经验公式,提出首先以硬连接,其次以软连接方式改变进液口到测量段的稳定距离,选择2支超声波和2支电磁井下存储流量计获得稳定距离分别为0.35、0.62、1、2、2.5 m时的校准数据,结果显示稳定距离为2.5 m时,校准精度最高。稳定距离对井下存储流量计校准结果的影响符合层流和紊流稳定经验公式,随着稳定距离的增加,校准精度提高。
            Abstract:
            In order to improve the calibration accuracy of the underground storage flowmeter, it was put forward that using the hard connection first and then the soft connection to change the stale distance from the liquid mouth to the measuring section based on the laminar flow and turbulent flow stability empirical formula. Two ultrasonic flowmeters and two electromagnetic underground storage flowmeters were chosen to obtain the calibration accuracy data when the stable distance was 0.35, 0.62, 1, 2, 2.5 m respectively, the results showed that the calibration accuracy was highest when the stable distance was 2.5 m. The stable distance influence on the underground storage flowmeter calibration results conforms to the laminar flow and turbulent flow stability empirical formula that was the calibration accuracy improving with the increase of stability of distance.
