            摘要:
            为了实现卡光杆综合测试仪量值的有效传递分析常用几种卡光杆综合测试仪的校准项目校准范围校准流程校准方法分析结果表明卡光杆加速度综合测试仪校准标准存在问题载荷零点存在初值需在零点偏移零点漂移载荷示值校准时需要零点修正加速?#20219;?#31227;校准标准应规定校准需要完成步骤标定检定及设点循环次数等因此卡光杆综合测试仪校准必须完善目前的校准标准实现标准化操作
            Abstract:
            In order to achieve the polished rod card comprehensive test instrument value transferring effectively, the calibration program, range of the calibration, calibration process, and calibration method of several frequently used card polished rod comprehensive test instruments are analyzed. The results show that there are some problems in the acceleration card polished rod comprehensive test instrument calibration standard: initial value of load zero, zero shift, zero drift, load value calibration to zero point correction. The acceleration displacement calibration standards should stipulate the operation steps (calibration, verification) and select a spot, cycle times, etc., so the card polished rod comprehensive test instrument calibration standards must be improved to realize the standardized operation.
